As Arıkan Mensucat, we adopt an environmentally friendly and traceable production approach. With our GRS certificate, we ensure the accuracy and transparency of recycled materials in the production process. The story of a fabric starts with the soil... As Arıkan Mensucat, we start sustainability not only on the surface but also from the deepest root, the soil. With our RegenagriCS certificate, we support regenerative agricultural practices that protect and improve the health of the soil. With our CMIA (Cotton made in Africa) certificate, we support the labour of farmers in Africa and prefer cotton production that uses water efficiently, reduces chemicals and prioritises social responsibility. BCI (Better Cotton)
The value of a cotton lies not only in its softness, but also in the soil where it grows, the water sources where it is irrigated and the hands that pick it. As Arıkan Mensucat, we carry out cotton production in an environmentally and human sensitive manner. Therefore, with our BCI (Better Cotton) certificate, we choose a better way for a better cotton. The BCI certificate aims to teach farmers how to grow cotton using less water and chemicals, while at the same time improving their working conditions. As a part of this system, we produce with cotton that does not harm the nature and adds value to people.
