The Journey of Our Dyeing and Finishing Facility

We embarked on our journey in 2015 with a dream of sustainability. On that day, when we began production with only a 30 tons/day capacity, our goal was clear: to introduce an environmentally conscious, energy-efficient, and high-quality production approach to the industry. In the following years, to meet the growing needs of the sector and offer stronger solutions to our customers, we increased our capacity to 45 tons/day in 2017. We further strengthened our investments that reduce water consumption and enhance energy efficiency. Sustainability guided every step we took. With the Continue Combing line established under this vision, we not only gained an additional capacity of 15 tons/day but also reinforced our determination to combine technology with eco-friendly production. By 2024, with our Padh Bach investment, we increased our total capacity to 75 tons/day. However, for us, numbers are merely outcomes. Our true pride lies in environmentally conscious production processes, including treated water discharged without harming nature, conserved energy through heat recovery systems, and environmentally responsible production with our biomass boilers. Today, with every step we take, we leave a cleaner footprint for the future through our environmentally conscious, efficient, and sustainable production approach.
