In October 2002, the ring spinning mill started production in a closed area of 16000 m2 in order to produce top quality 100% cotton carded and combed ring spun yarns. Today, it continues its production with a capacity of 7.5 tones a day. Half of the capacity is for carded and the other half is for combed ring yarn production. In this mill, it is possible to produce 100% cotton carded and combed ring yarns between Ne 20/1 – Ne 40/1 count range. In the coming days, we planning to realize installation of the remaining 12.000 spindles and increase the capacity to 24.000 spindles very soon.
Apart from the domestic market, great
demand for the high-quality cotton yarn the company produces comes
from European countries, mainly from Portugal and Italy. Except for
Portugal and Italy, the countries we are constantly exporting to are
Greece, Spain, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and Bulgaria. Efforts are going on to
export to other European countries and USA.
Achievements in domestic and foreign markets are the indicators of our
company’s performance, its intolerable approach and sensitivity in
quality, technology, customer satisfaction and human factor. To continue
being successful, institutionalization process and technological
investments are carried on by our young, dynamic, qualified executive
team and self-sacrificing, experienced staff. |
